Need to Know Details

We are so excited to welcome you to The Full Day Experience, happening October 22nd, 2026 at LIUNA Station in Hamilton, Ontario. The event runs from 9:00am-6:00pm.

  • LIUNA Station
    360 James St N, Hamilton, ON L8L 4M7

    Please use the main entrance of LIUNA Station, located right at the corner of James St. N. and Murray St

  • There is free on-site parking at the event venue. You’re welcome to use the upper lot off James St or the lower lot off John St.

  • The VIP Event will take place Wednesday, October 21st. Doors open at 3pm, programming begins at 4pm.

    King George Ballroom (Lower Level), Liuna Station
    *Use the lower parking lot off John Street which has a direct entrance to the King George Ballroom

  • LIUNA Station is a wheelchair-accessible venue.

    If you have a specific accessibility need or accommodation request, email us at hello@highvibewomen.ca so we can make sure you're taken care of on the day.

  • Continental breakfast, buffet lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, along with water (still & sparkling), tea, coffee, soda, and juices

  • A fully charged phone, an open mind, a high vibe attitude, and anything you may need to make yourself comfortable. Notebooks will be provided.

  • 📍 Sheraton Hamilton Hotel
    Use THIS LINK for our special group rate of $199 CAD per night. This rate is only guaranteed on bookings made before September 21st.
    Note: The hotel is about a 5 minute drive, or a 25 minute walk, from the event space
